Go interstate and compare the conditions of their busiest ramps compared to ours. St Helens in Tassie is as good as Patto and they don't pay a cent for it. Hillary's in WA is even better than Patto and they also don't pay a cent. And let's not even compare just those 2 to the rest of our ramps because they make almost all our others look like a NT mud ramp
