NSW does not have boat launching fees I believe.

This is the cost of registering a boat in NSW
$66 for vessels up to 3 metres, then $10 per half metre there after, to a maximum of $663

So a boat of the length of 5.5 metres will cost $101

I could not find the cost of the trailer registration, but if this rule applies then your boat trailer may cost about $116
cost of rego is the tare weight of the trailer.
