Couple of little reddies, about 20cm, out of the Yarra, as the sun went down.
Was looking for blackfish, didn't get any, but will not knock back a couple of reddies as by-catch

Would have been a nice night for it I haven't caught one in years but I still remember they taste great

How do you tell the difference between reddies and carp? I always get mixed up :S

The top one is a Redfin the bottom is a Carp they are completely different looking and easy to tell apart. :thumbsup:

Good work Chris, :a_goodjob: . Reddies and carp are easily distinguishable but it depends on what or how much you are drinking at the time, cheers davo

Good old garden worms, they are my go to bait for most of the Yarra residents
Turns out the mozzies made a meal of me last night........forgot the areoguard
