Where in gods name are you supposed to start a new topic on this site?
The content on this site is great, but the site is clunky and not user friendly.
Has anyone thought of applying for a grant to bring this webpage into the 21st century?

So how do you add a new topic to 'fishing reports' for example.
It's still confusing (and frustrating).
