Blufin at flinders

G'day guys a mate at work showed me footage of some fisherman
Trying to land a bluefin.

Ill try n work out how to post on here.

School of SBT at Flinders on some footage I saw on FB. Clever how they disappear on weekends when I’m fishing those tuna.

Should be called southern bluefin not on weekend tuna or SBNOWT for short

dont think he ever had a chance landbased with all those boat moorings and the pier structure itself, but would have been awesome if he landed it.
flinders will be packed this weekend.

That's why I didn't get anything! I reckon tackle stores must love these reports....man I burnt a lot of fuel trolling around Flinders/Cape Schanck last year.

Watching the video, he was lucky to stay connected as long as he did. He was fairly giving it a hiding, I was surprised it didn't snap just after the video started.

This guy goes flinders gets a rush hooking up a bluefin
I go portland for 2 days 1 run and snap there goes 60pd leader.

Guy 10mtrs from me lost a monster snapper right on tge edge as he lifted it poor bugger
