Heaps of spots around Geelong. Vietnam Park/St Helens, Cunningham Pier, Geelong Waterfront, just to name a few. As for the recent action, Trelly's report covers that area pretty well, type it in google and it should give you some info of whats been around the last couple of weeks. From memory, salmon schools around Geelong Waterfront and some pinkies around. Both can be hit and miss this time of the year though..

Good Luck..

Edit: Beat me to it Bowl :)

I do know the surf either side of Lorne is producing Salmon. Last week the guys did really well at Golden Beach on the Salmon/Tailor as well, worth looking at..
