Nice Pike Inverloch Beach

Headed out to Inverloch beach to try and catch some salmon and ended up reeling in my first Short Finned Pike! Fun catch. Was fishing off the mouth of Screw Creek casting from the shore with a jig lure (white body with red head).
Anyone know if this is a good spot to catch Salmon? Thanks!

Only a couple smaller flatheads. Wasn't out there too long though.
