Great day on the water

Post by smile0784 » Thu Jan 04, 2018 5:01 pm

Went out with john and his daughter and james.
Flat morning. Tried for squid but only managed 2 cuttlefish so moved to my other spot.
Picked up a few pinkies around 30cm and 3 whiting 44 to 45cm.
I think johns 13yo daughter out fished us 3 guys.
John lots either a bug snapper or gumny on his whitting rod so seem the rod run few times with head ahakes but never saw it.
Then dies right down as a mate came along in him boat. Lol

Stayed bit longer but nothing so moved twice.
Then found 19 flathead

Was good day but hard to find fish
