Thanks for the read. Great pics also. Just wondering why you use a clip over tying a loop knot? Ease of changing lures over. You obviously no what you are doing I've just always used a loop knot and feel it works best for me. But I do get sick of changing lures sometimes which means a new knot and less leader.

When spin fishing and often having to change from spinners to hard body lures I find they're quicker and much easier, plus they'e never effected my catch rate either.. saves a lot of time as well as not having to take my reading glasses with me.. :-D

Another great report and photos, Adrian, do you use a DSLR or a phone?
Cheers,

some stunning pics as usual, this is one of the reasons why i love fishing, Mother nature..

ps - do you always use such a big clip on the small hardbody lures.. (easier to remove / swap im guessing)
cheers

That was the smallest I could get at the time it's just on 12mms long, have just recently got hold of some smaller ones that are 10mm size and that's as small as they go. That one on the line in the photo has effected to fishing either so I doubt they're a problem, have been using them for a while now..
The smaller they are the harder they are to open too.. even more so with wet cold fingers.. :-D I think the photo makes them look bigger than what they really are too P5... :)

cheers
