500th Trout for the 2016/17 Season...

well done mate on the 500th trout, lets hope for 600 this season.

There was a Very Limited edition Daiwa Presso rod for sale yesterday and i thought about you, its going to cost wayyyy too much $$$ for you to justify it, but your probably the only person that fishes for trout so much that i know of to justify the price of the rod (most likely in the $500-700 plus range)

Thanks guys.. added another 16 to the tally in two trips, so will be very close to the mark by the end of the season...

Way out of my price range, though it would be nice to have.. :thumbsup:

It's well worth the return trip that's for sure... with just on two months of the season left I'm going to have to go back to doing a bit of salt water fishing over the three months or maybe just go into hibernation through the winter..
