You can buy trout egg flies or "Glow Bugs" I bought a few from Tackle world for $2 each haven't had a chance to use them yet but the articles I've read in Freshwater Fishing magazine say that you can use them with a spin rod in rivers and streams.

Yeh i got plenty of those mate. Wanted the name of the soft plastic ones in the video. They'd be heaps easier to pack onto a bigger hook and cast.
