Up here snowboarding, nice looking lake here. I understand it holds trout. Too cold for natives like cod and perch?

Jindabyne holds good trout i think there is a comp up there either anzac or melb cup weekend every year.

Been a few years since i was up there but others can confirm for me

Yep Jindy is one of the better high country lakes and holds Brown, Rainbow and Brook Trout, as well as Atlantic Salmon.

I tjink people fish from lake eucombeen to jindabyne for fish when up there.
I forgot about alantic salmon.

It's got stacks off great trout.

I've caught aot off the bank but a boat is huge advantage cause the trout move around to different areas off the lakes

No natives aside from a few gudgeons and smelt and maybe some blackfish.

I didnt.think you get alantic salmon except near tassie
