Some nice fish there. Did you get a chance to poke around the estuaries on the days too windy for offshore? There’s bound to be some stonker bream up that way

Cheers all.
Felt very lucky to be fishing with some very knowledgeable people yet again. As a sidenote, Dutchy got his 100th solo Marlin on Saturday, the man is an absolute gun fisho, if you spot a maroon and white razorline at Eden, Bermi, or down at his home base at Warnambool, say hello, he is a top bloke, very friendly, a true gentleman.
And as for bream, we found plenty of live bait offshore, so didn't need to muck about 4litres.

Well done Carl you know you have a good weekend when kingies are a good sideline

Had a trip up to Bermi last week, and while a few days went awry due to the weather, we all managed a Marlin, (huge thanks to Paul Ribecchi, the Flying Dutchman for an afternoon of superb instruction on set up and techniques). I was crewing for Alex King, as his deckies had to pull out, but we got the job done. Our fish came on skip baits, while all the other guys had success pitching livies to Marlin as they harassed bait balls.
Kingies up at the Island were a nice sideline as well lol...

Nice garfish Carl
