Anyone heard how fishing has been up Bermi and Merimbula? Was thinking of heading up there on Sunday or Monday with the boat.

Have the kingies, marlin or other game fish moved in yet?

Cheers,
David

plenty of kings around, the odd marlin has been caught but they are few and far between at the moment. they might come onto the bite a bit harder the next 2 weeks though i recon.

Have a crack you won't hook 1 on the couch! Ment to be good numbers of kings at Mallacoota but they aren't that hungry. Bermi is the go! Love that place. Keep an eye on bermi bait n tackle and trapman on Facebook they will generally keep you updated with what's about.

Heading up this way in March for a few weeks.. never targeted kingies or the other monster creatures that live up that way

Do you guys think a 10000 saragosa reel will suffice to tackle these fish or will I need bigger?
