bermie the 6th.

Headed out at 7 am from the marina. Straight out to the 12 mile plenty of bait again at 35 fathoms dropped the baitjigs down pulled up a mixture first drop slimies and cowanyoung second drop all slimies plenty we bridle a couple up and have one on the downrigger and one on the top. We troll these baits slowly around the bait no takers and no signs on the sounder of any big fish. Its already blowing around 15 knots.
The water around the 12 mile is slightly green with a lot of weed pushing through we decide to head further out to find blue water we start to pull teasers to switchbait between the 80 and 100 fathom marks water looks good with loads of bait but no marlin at 1400 we decide to give it away its now blowing 20 knots we troll back to the 12 mile pull in the teasers and power on for home.
As we were approaching the 6 mile we saw a free jumping marlin a small black we quickly grab a live bait and head in the general directionand chuck the livie out we troll it around for 30 mins nothing disappointed end to the day.
On a positive note tuna tube was on a self imposed alcohol ban last night and today and was feeling much better.

Im very pleased to see tuna on a ban.

Not so pleased you had no luck.

You may have to try your secret bermi marlin spot tomorrow.

You will be pleased to note I went back to your secret kingy spot and landed 6 more fish.

Good luck tomorrow.
