Where'd ya get it done mate? A bloke I used to know in safety beach did them, and god they were incredible rods!

So what attributes of a rod are you after that turns you to having one custom made? Obviously you were after something that can't be found of the shelf?
Also, I think you should try your new salmon rod in a family fishing lake, therefore you can 'kick that section off' as well!!

I wanted a really good reel seat, an extra long butt, and eyes that don`t rust as easily...He`s put these on a St Croix blank...I`m very happy...

Will need to test it out next time we hit the surf! Sure it will cast a mile and feel good to use

Yeah, yeah fishing was slow that day......donuts and march fly bites......which reminds me, remember to bring the bushman's I got mauled on monday.....counted 30 bites afterwards....... :crazy:
