Butt Replacement / Repair

Postby one2three » Wed Dec 06, 2017 6:02 am

Hi Guys,

I have a few rods that could do with butts replaced as they are worn out.

Where can you get fishing rod butts so I can replace and what glue is best for this rubber can stick.

I went there 3 weeks ago to get my rod tip repaired after not being there for about 3 years. The Young bloke didnt put enough glue on it and next trip it came undone.
I went back to get it fixed and the guys there didnt apologise. In fact they laughed and said looks like it needs more glue.

Carefree attitude.
Thought they were wankers actually.

Wont be going there again
