Rowville Lakes today

Post by ZestyLemon » Sat Oct 06, 2018 6:48 pm

Hi all,
Arrived at around 2pm, fished using soft plastics until around 4:30 for two dropped fish and something that dragged me around before coming off the hook. It was bent at a 90 degree angle . Used a zman grub in the motor oil colour, 8lb braid mainline, 8lb mono leader, 1/6th Oz jig head and 2-4 kg 6'6 rod.

I'm guessing I foul hooked a monster carp?

Cheers

No reason why the carp may not have hit the plastic rather being foul hooked. Some people do sight fish carp with plastics. Go back and get revenge!!!
