I am just looking for some tips and locations to hopefully catch some sambo's! Ive got a few crazie charlies and deceivers which i am planning to use. Cheers :a_goodjob:

Try on the Ocean Grove side, between the bridge and towards the Ocean Grove boat ramp. You will do much better if you wear chest waders, as in some areas you need to wade well out. At this time of the year you will have to fish on the rising tide, as the water will be too dirty otherwise. I've found that small clousers work well there.

GTShoon will have some better ideas but I can't see any flashy fly failing to hook the juv salmon that run up and down there.
