A mate of mine went with them 3 weeks ago and found them really good.
He said they Burleyed all the time, were getting good bites and the crew were really helpful & knowledgable?????!
I'll ask him if he remembers who the skipper was .

Just after Christmas we used Relax go fishing, initially I thought they weren't Too Bad until I learned more - Well they Suck (see my comments from then).

If we aren't happy then we need to let them know (especially given the number of members on this site)
You can also go onto Tripadvisor and leave your comments, others see it & maybe the owners will too?

It seems many of them don't have a good name, but catch tourists or dads taking their kid/s out for a fish (just look around you next time you're on a charter).

What they have done is make a similar business name to a highly popular charter to get customers in. People rave about reel time. Then customers see these reel thing charter tickets going cheap on scoop-on so they jump on them. I've heard terrible things about them. As far as I'm concerned there's only a handful of charters that are worth the money.

Just received a call from a mate I'm to go with that the Charter owner has cancelled due to the wild weather yesterday and today at Frankston.

Hey all I've been out with john from Katrina Louise in wp (Hastings). Lovely bloke that will try his best to get you a fish and knows that bay like the best of them. Wouldn't waste money anywhere else

i went out with them about 2 years ago... shocking!
we drove about 40 mins to the spot skipper told us where the bait was and were the rods were and said off you go and disappeared into the cabin for a smoke. stayed there the whole day. only 3 fish were caught. when someones line got tangled he got all angry at the poor guy. shocking. the deckhands were pretty good though.

This is really disappointing. The idea of these charters is that all fishos male and female are given the opportunity to catch some fish. The competent people wish to be left to their own devices , whilst the raw beginners are given the necessary assistance and encouragement so as they to can also participate and catch some fish.

Exactly. The only reason that the owner is making money is because the name of the charter can easily be confused with reel time fishing charters and also because the charters are so cheap. That's the only reason he's making money. And I bet most of those past customers haven't come back. Well, I haven't at least.
