Other than Fairfield Boathouse does anyone know where you can hire Canoe's along the Yarra?
Just getting an itch to maybe get one, rather than a yak. But thought I would try take one for a spin first to see if I can handle it on and off the water.

Re: canoe hire along the Yarra?
I know westerfolds park does 1 hour introduction canoe lessons. they are put on by the "The Victorian Canoe Association".
Wouldnt have a clue how often they or held or how to book.
I think its purely learning how to use the canoe so i doubt they will let you bring a rod, but if that is what your after it may be worth looking up.
If you drive past Westerfolds they sometimes have a big sign/banner advertising though i have no idea if it is up now.
Hopefully my very vague information has helped hahaha

There is a fine line between fishing and just standing on the bank like an idiot, I excel in the latter!!!
