Melbourne Fishing Charters. Docks in St Kilda Pier. http://www.melbournefishing.com/ Andrei and company are one of the best out there. There is another one nearby but I will not recommend that one unless you want flatties 24 x 7.

When you go out on a charter baot, you want to be around experience and knowledgeable people. This way, even if you dont catch a single fish, you will learn how to fish, sound, navigate, bait up, tie up and so on.

There has been an example on this site where people where not even allowed to touch the drag setting on reels .. now thats F!!!!ED.

I personally would rather learn a whole heap from these guys and not catch a fish and then go out and catch a couple flatheads .. but thats me. I guess it depends what you want out of that particular outting.
