Fish-cador wrote:For $1500, I will take you LB fishing chasing big snapper for 7 evening sessions, max 6 hours per night from Sept 1 to Oct 31. Tackle and food provided. Free ride home from fishing location to your place. All you need to do is show up and reel in the fish. The ride home alone costs over $100 a trip if you will take a taxi. Additional sessions after the 7 is free provide you bring your own tackle and bait for both of us.

Bonus: Free ride from my place to the fishing location which should cost you $80 on taxi.

Additional person gets 50% discount.
Ohh I love it, your so right. 14 sessions for $1500, what a bargain :super:
How come non of these guys seem to know how much it's going to cost to go fishing in NT or even FNQ.

As we know it's not cheap by a long shot, so I would just say go fish a week at the Gippy Lakes and have a fair bit of cash left over for what ever. But thats just me,

Found a write up in one of my magazines on a cape York trip for $200pp per day thinking that might be a cool option! Or Tasmania maybe its so much fun hunting for this sort of stuff!

Sometimes the planning and preparation can be as much fun as the trip itself.
