Jarvis Walker- The Clarence

Went to a garage sale this morning and saw some fishing gear there.1 rod in a plastic cover, was a Jarvis Walker The Clarence in near new condition

Sorry, the pics aren't the best, also picked up an 8ft custom made snapper rod with an old shimano 500z reel, 2 sinker moulds and 500mts of new 15lb line.All for next to nothing, cheers davo

Nice catch Dave. :a_goodjob: Looks like I need to start hitting up the sales around the place. What size moulds did you stumble onto?

size 9 ball sinkers and another mould, not sure of the size, there big ball sinkers but I got every thing including the rods for $25, cheers davo

The Jarvis Walker "The Clarence" was a top flatty rod back in the day ... not that we had much choice back then. LOL

I take it its named after the Clarence river, my mate has some rods very similar he is maltese can't part with anything

Nice one! Would be pretty hard to get them in that condition now.
