Yeah.. might wanna re spool back the braid line n change to 20lbs one... i think the diameter for the 40 lbs is 0.28

20lb for sure. It is only a 3k. Not that big a spool

I took out the 40lbs and put on the 30lbs... it got around 260meters out of 300. Much better now.. I'm happy.

Can't wait to try it out soon :super:

It's also packed very loosely.

It might pay to take it into a store and get them to spool it for you, if you can't get he line on under a bit more tension, should only cost a few bucks.

If your not sure on how to do it properly, I would do the same mate. Nothing worse than having problems with it later while fishing or a hot bites happening!

i went to beach just now.. put a huge floater n small sinker below n let the line goes out with the waves.. till the line finish, i reel it back.. now i can feel the spool is much tighter then before.... :banana:

not sure.. maybe thursday in port melbourne and coming Sat morning first light at Warmies area..

btw, hows ur salmon slaying recently?? i would love to buy some salmon from u as bait.. dont need much..hehee
