Common Problem, its how they're stored during shipping and the heat inside the containers. Only one faulty, I think it's assembly error by them. The seat fittings don't fit the railings. Off by around 5mm. I think the didn't try it when the screw in the rails.

It was summer in USA and shipped into winter cold Melbourne. It can bend and stuff along with the temperature change. Just gotta push to align it.
