Shimano Symetre 2500fl and Norstream chest waders

Post by Dick83 » Sat Aug 30, 2014 3:53 pm

G'day all been a while with Trout season knocking on the door I thought it was time to go out and make a couple of small purchases to get me in the sprit so I bought myself some new waders and upgraded my reel ready to get out there and catch me some wild trout. Think I got myself a good deal $240 for the lot including a fully spooled real with Finns 6 pound braid. Thoughts?

120 for reel 20 for braid about 200 m spooled and 100 for waders.
I'll run the 6lb braid with a 4lb leader.

Haha tow cable for matchbox cars jim .....

The norstream waders are good on my second pair first pair lasted about 5 years hard labour floundering , duckshooting , they would have lasted longer but i left em out one day and the dog chewed the boot .

I've been wearing them around the house a little to get used to them (first time wader wearer) the boots are very comfy.
