Tenby Flake
Fished off Tenby point this morning 8am in the kayak, sitting in 2.7m of water. Had an early enquiry from a grey sub that smashed the bait almost pulling the rod out the holder but it pulled the bait off the hook & left. A few minutes later I got a stupid toady that I had to cut the hook off & let it go.
It went quite for about 30 minutes & I was just about to move off when I had a nice hook up on a Pillie & a 90cm Gummy came on board. Spent a couple of hours trolling & looking for Snapper but there weren’t many arches. No joy on the Reds but it looks promising for the coming season. The weather was good this morning & a great day on the water covering a little over 12Km’s.

Re: Tenby Flake
Thanks guys.
Had some for dinner last night.
Dusted the fillets with rye flour with a dash of ground pink Himalayan rock salt to try something different then lightly fried in olive oil - Yeehah tastes delicious & highly recommended
