Finally had a good day out on the water. Started off at Rhyll, got a bit too choppy so went down to Elizabeth island and sheltered ourselves for a bit. Managed 2 decent elephants
Things slowed down there so went to Tenby, prison then mosquito without much luck besides a 32cm pinkie. It was getting close to dark and the storms were moving in but with the wind completely backed off and the barometer rising we decided to give the corals one more quick go and thankfully we did. Managed 2x 6 kilo snappers, and a further 5 up to 65cm all in an hour or so. First hot bite I've had in a long time.
Got back to the ramp and it seemed no one else did that well. Boat 100m away didn't lose a single bait, which tells me the schools are still keeping it tight knit group
