yeah gave me a bit of grief, struggled to land him with out a net. Muddy feet and plenty of cuts from spikes after grabbing him

id ummed and ahhd whether to put this up or not, but decided to.

Got this guy yesterday...same spot, same technique.

Cast out...daydreaming waiting for the plastic to hit the bottom...hmm lines going tight...ohh fish on...holy crap thats a big run...noo stay away from the floodgates and nasty ledges...tighten drag a smidge...get a little....woahh big run...wtf is this...little bit of run...get a bit of line back...bit more line back...theres the leader...big tail...silver head...finally a big bream out of .... ... ...why are you pink...oh crap thats a pinkie... easy does it...easy...no dont run again...easy....easy... YES!!!

45cm land based, on a plastic 1/20 jig head size 4 hook

he didnt go back...dinner tonight!
