Warneet pier

Post by jason_bray » Sat Jan 17, 2015 4:17 pm

Had a quick flick this afternoon, only toadies to be seen. Toyed around with them for a bit and despite the wind, it was good to get out and about. Hopefully next time it will be better there :water:
I don't exaggerate... I just remember BIG.

Did u fish the big pier mate?? I've been getting plenty of mullet, small trout and a few trevally in the last fortnight but not of the pier. Not many ppl talk about warneet or cannons here but great place to fish

What's the best part of cannons to fish? Also what is the best bait?

Thanks

Right hand side of the pier mate. Either side of the tide. Berleys a must and either pippi or chicken mate. Of the beach is ok too at times. Good luck
