London Bridge Question

Post by FishnMiss » Thu May 21, 2015 3:33 pm

Has anyone fished London Bridge Sorrento back beach?
I did a search on the forums but got nothing????
I was thinking of trying for Sambos that side.
Any one been there if you could let me know if it's worth going?
Thanks

It's def worth a shot. I haven't tried there for over 12 months. I know a few other forum members fish down there, so they may have better information to offer.

Yes, I noticed. I was at Gunners last Saturday got one 21cm Salmon :-D
So maybe I'll hold off there until the Salmon are around.

Did you mean London Bridge Portsea, or Sorrento Back beach..?
Haven't fished Sorrento back beach in a long time, tried Portsea a week or two ago and it was rubbishy water-wise..lots of sand and weed..prefer gunners tbh..

Carl I thought it was Sorrento back beach that runs off the London Bridge road car park? There's a footpath walk down to the beach from the car park.

By the way next time I speak to you I'll introduce myself :waving: I said hi to you at Gunners Saturday as you walked past.
I think you had a green top and had a small bag slung over your shoulder/back.

Isn't sorrento back beach off ocean beach road? London bridge road is portsea back beach.

Not sure but this is the area (see map)
I know on the bay side it says Portsea, so I gues you may be right in saying it's Portsea back beach.
