First Gunners Experience - I'm Hooked

So i sent Carl a PM on Monday asking if he was having a fish, he replied with "Gunners tomorrow 6.45pm second carpark"
i headed down around 6.30, got my rope and backback and started casting into some holes, hooked up twice in my first 5 casts but 2 lost fish.
In the distance i could see 3 guys casting away so i headed that way to be met by the master himself and Adtrac

15 minutes later she started to fire, 4 way hook ups were a regular occurance and everyone seemed to be landing some big fish (1.5kg +) as soon as the fish went quiet, quick 200m move and bang they were on again, this went on for about 2 hours until it started to get dark, everyone went home with between 6-9 fish! thanks heaps to CarlG and Adtrac for the pointers and the sore arms the next day!

Catana went good Dougie, took the Solstace off and used my little Okuma 4000 instead

AVG i'm down for any day, i'd say ill be fishing somewhere regardless haha

well i guess i'm going tuesday by the looks of the weather, now to decide if i wanna go sunrise session or sunset.

Nice it is a real rush to go after the sambos in the surf! Especially the big ones that go like a horse!
