The finished product. Scored with garlic, topped with olive oil, lemon juice, fresh oregano, salt and pepper. Wrapped in foil and in the oven for about 40 minutes. Very yummy and filling. Had a green salad to go with it...cheers..

Honestly a solstace will do you. I still have the solstace I got for $20 at a garage sale. Taht or get the Pflueger from Anaconda next time they are on special for $99.

Thanks everyone for your kind words, yes the sambos were fat buggars and their fight was unbelievable. It was a great experience for me to fish along side Carl and pick up some tips. My first lure used was a black magic blue/silver single hook job with blue/silver flashing that the line went through it (hollow). first 3 casts, 3 fish. 4th cast i lost it, forgot to open bale arm. Pretty much all other fish caught on a Gillies blue/silver 40g pilchard lure. Hopefully next time there will be a group of us from FV fishing at the Gun side by side. So far this Sunday morning 30th Nov is looking good... :gone:

The solstace will do, but I don't want one, hate them.

Want something decent, maybe a daiwa reel??

I liked the Catana, but will look at the impact.
