Gunnamatta 11/4

Post by adtrac » Tue Nov 04, 2014 1:24 pm

Hey Guys,
Hit Gunnamatta this morning at dawn met up with Carl and was treated to a glorious morning on the sand.
Conditions were perfect really flat waves and crystal clear water.
No mad schools of fish but plenty of fish up and down the beach in ones and twos to keep us occupied both managed to take a few home a good fun morning.
Beach is looking really good atm plenty of nice holes and structure to fish all in all a great morning spinning.

Met the guys as they were walking back. Managed to get four onto the sand myself. Beach was busy as but it didn't seem to faze the fish. Had an audience on the first cast and luckily it got smacked within a few winds of the handle.

Haha still shaking my head at that. No such thing as a stupid question they say but I'm pretty sure she managed to debunk that rule lol.

Nice work guys. I've hit a couple of rock ledges nearby over the past two days for a total of one wrasse.

Lady K and I saw a massive flock of birds diving about 500metres off shore between cape schanck and flinders, probably 1000 + birds. Wish I could have got into whatever they were feeding on.
