How come no ones bolted rod holders to the handrail on the bottom platform yet ?

I had 4 screwed on and left them there to use but they disappeared. Were really good for the heavy short shark rods.

Should be some awesome gutters down there once this weather front runs through. Deeper than the sh!t I'll get off our lass for fishing five times a week
