Smoking Gun

Post by DougieK » Mon Jul 07, 2014 12:06 pm

Met up with Mazman and his Mum at Gunnamatta before sunrise today, were casting by the time you could see.

Probably landed 40 fish all together. At times all three of us were hooked up. Awesome first sesh for him on his new catana, kid's got some skills!

Image

Details details....902 catana, I had on a 50g silver lazer and Maz was using a 40g gillies bait fish. 56cm and 55cm fish landed. My 56 weighed in at 1.92 and Maz' 55 weighed in at 1.95 at Total Tackle.

Probably the best day i've had at the Gun, see what happens when you don't take Carl?

Nice going boys ! the sambo's are certainly on the bite...

I'd get down there myself if I would get off my lazy ass, I'm really feeling the cold weather this year, getting pains in places where there we're none the year before...
