Fishing Victoria Forum

Am off to port fairy with the family for the first time in and wanted to hear from others on good places to fish.

With young kids accessibility and safety is critical

Heaps of spots in port fairy, just fish from the trawler wharf all the way out to the opening of the moyne river to the sea.

You can also fish from the boat ramp some pontoons and wooden pier.

Expect trevally, mullet and small salmon. Might be there myself but unsure at this stage.

I might be up there between Christmas and New years, was thinking of taking up a few rods... saw a bunch of guys at the entrance to the Moyne last time I was there!

Would be interested to drop a few lines in!
