Cape Bridgewater Lakes

Has anyone fished bridgewater lake just out of Portland? I'm told its fresh water and gets used mainly for water skiing but is also home to some good sized redfin? I'm thinking of making a voyage down there tomorrow

I had a quick flick last week for nothing, heaps of baitfish and I did save a blackfish from being eaten by a cormorant.

Thanks for the comments guys,
This fish took a 3.5 bright pink stump jumper within 7 minutes of leaving the boat ramp, I was stoked! At 1.2kg and 43 cm it's my new pb by nearly 10cm.
I didn't get a touch after that but it was very windy so I didn't give it a really good go down there. I will certainly be going back with some bait!
