We r a lucky few, some o my mates cop the dog house for getting out n having a crack at some fish!

I have told the mrs I wanna take her squidding! She wants to catch a fish on a lure that seems close enough

It's funny watching ya misso catch a fish well is for me anyway! Mine recently got a big carp n was shaking at the knees by the time she got it I. N wore a grin for a week

Dude you should just be happy that you have a girl friend who enjoys fishing.. If you don't have a girl friend like that they will never understand why you go A.W.L. for so often and for so long. That's a real pain in the derriere. :down:

I still go with just the boys like last night. It's just much easier these days because I used to have to cast the rod for her, make the rigs, put the baits on etc but nowadays she does that all by herself she even cleans the fish now sometimes and I'm teaching her now how to fillet fish :thumbsup:

Ur doing well!! My mrs is completely c&r (minus carp) as am I. Well for freshwater anyway she hasn't really had a crack at salt water really. Once at portsea and mornington but was terrible overcrowded and very windy we called it got worms n hit the Yarra instead.

It's good the mrs likes tagging along but I can't take her to any spots if like to fish just the ones that's an easy walk to the car and no bush bashing.. So I do that with the boys. Though even at these easily accessible
Spots we've encountered snakes spiders and some good fish
