:dinner: Have you eaten your tuna yet? How'd it taste if so?
I'm just thinking how'd i eat mine (when i catch my first one!), definitely sashimi the belly and the rest seared with different spice rubs.

Yeah, been eating a lot of sashimi, planning on seared tuna steaks tonight. Im currently looking up recipes as i have more than 15kgs of tuna vac sealed up ready to go, so im going to have plenty of practise haha
