angelsea tips
hi guys going to angelsea for a camp might try and get some fishing in would gladly appreciate some advice on how to catch them looks like theres a deep channel will see what happens

Plenty of breams and generally not hard to catch. If you're a bait fisho, use small bait like peeled prawn, maybe #4 hook and smallest sinker possible (just enough weight to sink). If the water is clear, you can try under a float too.
My bream on lure record isn't great but lure wise, use small soft plastic with very light jighead.

I'm not sure there are bream back in the angelsea river as they had a fish kill a year or two back. Try the Painkalac greek if you want to be more sure. Worms are good.

Couple mates went there a month ago said caught a lot, along the wooden walkway.
