Yes it can however, you need a westerly wind to fish off Hoses Rocks but it might be a little dangerous for little tackers just be careful and watch out for snakes! There is an entrance from the eastern side but I don't know where to drive in from yet, you park at the top of the cliff and walk down. Again you need the appropriate wind in this case an easterly. :welcome:
