Purrumbete going well

Post by Redhunter » Sun Apr 23, 2017 9:14 pm

Lake Purrumbete seems to be fishing extremely well of late. Big hauls of quality redfin, big trout, and monster salmon. A 12lb brown and an 18lb salmon were caught today. Congrats to the anglers. Looking forward to seeing how well the lake performs over the coming months as the water cools...

Was down that way a month ago for a tease (all pannies that went back), but throwing the idea of hitting it up again next w/e, especially with the way it's performed today! The new moon is approaching, and I'm a strong believer that these the fish in these crater lakes are affected by certain moons at certain times of year. It could also be the week a 10kg+ brute comes outta the bull, who knows! Would be an awesome sight, and only a matter of time till it does happen I reckon...
