It is good to see that fisheries has caught a number of anglers breaking the law and I cant help wonder if one of them might be William Bourke who freely admits to breaking the law.

Good, I hope they receive the maximum penalty. I'd give them a few weeks to think about it in clankey as well.

Based on the fact that he openly admitted it on a forum I would hope he was not aware of the rules as opposed to just disregarding them.
