Hi
Anyone heading out for the trout opening on the 1st September? I normally avoid it and go on a weekday following the opening weekend if I do go. Was going to attempt to go for it this year but actually be out there at midnight to avoid the crowds! Was going to fish the Rubicon. If this was to be, I think I would have used bait rather than lures as I lose enough lures during the day! Now I have found out that I am working on the Friday, I am not sure what I am going to do. Anyone have any plans on going and what methods they will try?

Maybe you should take William Bourke with you and give him an education about following the regulations, seeing it looks like he cant read.
