I have caught rainbow trout in the lake. Fat fish they were too.

l am with cam and sloth,they might be noxious but they should be treated humanely and l feel for the land owners that are left with this filthy mess

Was up that way today and popped in for a look. Didn't need to look for the area as you could smell it. ABSOLUTELY PONGS.
There are untold amounts of dead carp in the creek and on the banks. Heads and guts everywhere and piles of dead carp.
Fisheries were there as well and speaking to people who were netting, spearing etc-don't know if any fines were given.
The fisheries guy said a pro took 3 tonnes out the other week and the carp would be used in cray nets.
Most of the fish I saw were several kilos in size and bigger.
Fisheries guy said he'd never seen anything like this before.
