Beware...80 cm redfin in Shepparton!

Post by Rod Bender » Tue Jan 27, 2015 10:27 pm

So the story goes! Was talking to my Wunghnu mate (Greg) yesterday. He is a good source of info...reliable and accurate! He was reading a local fishing report. The person writing the report was reporting on his mates fishing session down at the Shepp lake. The angler had a tussle, which he finally lost with a redfin, that would have went 80 cm's! According to the author, his mate knows what he is talking about...doesn't talk crap! According to my mate Greg, either the author or his source are affected by either/both alcohol/drugs! Unfortunately I haven't seen the original report.

So what does this mean:

A. Drewbie...you are gonna need a bigger boat!
B. We should get a 'possie' together to get this reddie!
C. None of the above!
D. Don't do drugs!
cheers

Interesting story.
I didn't know much about Redfin, but it appears they may be almost as bad as Carp & almost on the noxious/pest list. Apparently they carry a virus that can be harmful to other species.
