I was surprised at just how big some of the browns were on my first visit to the upper reaches of the Yarra. Caught a couple of easy keepers, but the biggest surprise was discovered when wading across some exposed rocks in the river. I stepped back towards the bank and came within one step of stomping on one that looked around 6lbs!
