Here is a by-catch skate, a quick piccy and back in he went, gaffed in the mouth corner to minimize damage..

when i fished st leonards i caught one of those skates, are they same family as stingray

Nice one! I fish at St.Leonard's regularly, but not sure where this rock wall is. Can you please tell me where it is?

Right in front facing east look at the picture ... disregard the yellow arrow

It's no secrete spot .. you still need to be in the right place at the right time with the right tide with the right bait ... LOL
